Return Policy

At Pyrodrone, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparency in our return process. This policy outlines all the terms and conditions under which we accept returns. By purchasing from Pyrodrone, you agree to the following terms:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made beyond this period will not be considered.
  • Condition of Products: Only items that are brand new, unused, and unopened are eligible for return. The packaging, seals, protective films, and any other components of the product must be untouched. The product must be in the exact condition as when it was delivered.
  • Original Components: All original components and accessories must be returned with the product, including packaging, instruction manuals, cables, and any promotional items. Failure to return any component will result in the rejection of your return request.

2. Promotional Items

If the product being returned was accompanied by a promotional item (such as a free gift), that promotional item must also be returned. If not returned, the retail price of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund or store credit.

3. Refunds and Store Credit

  • Store Credit: All returns are processed as store credit in the form of a Pyrodrone gift card.
  • Refunds: If a refund is preferred instead of store credit, it must be requested before the store credit is processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds requested after 30 days from the original purchase date will not include sales tax, as these taxes are automatically remitted to the respective tax authorities at the end of each calendar month.

4. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer support team at support@pyrodrone.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization or an issued RMA will not be processed and may be lost in our system, for which Pyrodrone is not responsible.
  • RMA Expiration: RMA numbers expire 30 days after being issued. If the RMA expires before the product is returned, a new RMA cannot be issued for the same order.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on Pyrodrone’s part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product that requires replacement. In such cases, Pyrodrone will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Tracking: We strongly recommend that customers use a shipping service with tracking information for their returns. Pyrodrone is not responsible for any lost, misrouted, or stolen return packages during transit.
  • Packaging for Returns: Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged with appropriate protective materials (such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or padding) to avoid damage in transit. Pyrodrone will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during the return shipping process.

6. Inspection and Acceptance of Returns

  • Condition Upon Arrival: All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. If the product shows signs of being opened, used, tampered with, or damaged in any way, the return will be denied.
  • Denial of Returns: If a return is denied, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to have the item sent back to them. Failure to pay the return shipping costs within 30 days will result in the product being discarded.

7. Exclusions to Returns

  • Pyrodrone cannot accept the return of:
    • Any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
    • Items that have been soldered, installed, binded to a radio, or had settings changed.
    • Personalized or customized products.
  • Restocking Fee for Open Box Items: At Pyrodrone’s discretion, some open-box returns may be accepted with a 15% restocking fee. These items will be resold under our clearance section as "open-box" items and will not be represented as new.

8. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Used or installed electronics.
  • Items with visible signs of tampering or customization.

9. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior authorization (i.e., without an RMA number) will not be processed and will be returned to the customer at their expense. If the customer fails to pay the return shipping costs within 30 days, the product will be discarded.

10. Final Decision

All decisions regarding returns are at the discretion of Pyrodrone staff. Pyrodrone reserves the right to deny any return request for any reason.

11. Responsibility of Customer

  • Return Shipping Costs: If a return is denied, the customer must cover any return shipping fees.
  • Packaging for Returns: Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are properly packaged for safe transit. Any damage to the item during return shipping is not the responsibility of Pyrodrone.

12. Failure to Pay Return Shipping Fees

If the customer fails to pay the return shipping fees for a denied return within 30 days, Pyrodrone will discard the item.
