Is your item defective? That's covered under our Warranty Policy, not here.
Can I return it?
Yes, if all of these are true:
- You're within 30 days of your order date.
- The item is completely unopened — original packaging, seals, and protective films untouched.
- All original accessories, cables, and manuals are included.
No returns on:
- Anything opened, used, powered on, soldered, installed, or bound to a radio.
- Orders placed with a discount or promo code, or during any sale event (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holiday Sales, etc.) — these are final sale, no exceptions.
- Clearance items, gift cards, special or custom orders, items with broken factory seals.
How do I return it?
Step 1: Email support@pyrodrone.com before sending anything. Do not ship without approval.
Step 2: If approved, we'll send you an RMA number and a return slip (PDF).
Step 3: Print the slip and place it inside your package. Packages without a slip cannot be identified by our team and will not be processed — we are not responsible for items lost due to a missing slip.
Step 4: Ship it back within 30 days of receiving your RMA. After that, the RMA expires and a new one cannot be issued for the same order.
Packages sent without an RMA number will be returned to you at your expense.
What do I get back?
Store Credit: We issue a Pyrodrone gift card. This is the fastest option.
Refund: You must request this before we issue the gift card. Just mention it when you email us. Refunds on orders placed more than 30 days ago will not include sales tax, as those amounts have already been remitted to tax authorities.
Restocking fee — 3% applies to:
- Refunds (not store credit) on amounts over $500.
- All order cancellations, regardless of how soon after purchase — payment processing and administrative costs are incurred the moment an order is placed.
Who pays return shipping?
You pay, unless we sent you the wrong item, or made a mistake.
Please pack your return carefully with appropriate padding. Items damaged during return shipping are not our responsibility. We recommend using a carrier with tracking — we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misrouted packages.
International Customers: Ship returns DDP (duties paid). Any import duties or tariffs charged to us on arrival will be deducted from your refund. If duties exceed the value of the item, the remaining balance will be billed to you.
What if my return is denied?
We inspect all returns when they arrive. Returns will be denied if:
- The item has been opened, used, powered on, soldered, installed, or tampered with.
- The serial number doesn't match what was authorized (this applies to DJI products and other serialized items).
- The RMA slip is missing.
- The item was damaged during return shipping to us.
- The defect is cosmetic only and doesn't affect functionality.
If denied: We'll contact you to arrange return shipping back to you at your expense. If we don't hear back within 30 days, the item will be discarded. Pyrodrone is not liable for any item discarded due to non-response. You may request insurance on the return shipment at your cost.
