ORDER EDIT -

Did you know that you can edit or cancel an order AFTER you've placed it, as long as it has not been shipped yet (and is not a pre-order)? There are links at the top and bottom of the Order Confirmation Email that was sent to your email immediately when your order was placed. To "edit" the order, the system actually cancels and refunds the first order, and puts the same things back in your cart, ready to change as needed and place again if you'd like. For pre-order cancellations, just drop us an email.

 

FREE SHIPPING -

All orders over $99 shipping to a US address are eligible for Free Shipping, as long as nothing on the order is a weight or size restricted item, such as some chargers and all backpacks.

 

OPEN BOX RETURNS -

As fellow pilots, we understand that sometimes a pilot may need to break the seal on a product before they realize that it is not what they need. As fellow pilots, we also understand that pilots like good deals in our clearance section. Although we cannot in good conscience resell customer-opened items as new to another customer, rather than decline the RMA request altogether, we provide the option to return most opened items with a 15% clearance fee. We then list these items as open-box-new in our clearance section for 15% off, passing the savings onto other customers. For higher cost items, we typically only require 10% instead of 15%. It's a win-win for everybody.

 

SHIPTECTION -

Porch pirates steal your package, shipping company misdelivered your package, or it just gets lost in transit ... that's where Shiptection shipping insurance comes in. It is optional, but anytime that you refresh your Cart by adding or removing from it, Shiptection will be turned on. You can turn it off, if you so desire, before continuing to checkout. However, we highly recommend using it for larger orders especially. SUPPORT RESPONSE TIME -

Support tickets and emails are responded to within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Most that are sent during business hours are responded to within only minutes or an hour or two at most.

 

SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING TIME -

We always aim to make sure that all orders placed before 5PM PST Monday-Friday are shipped out the same day. Due to our unique physical location, we are very close to UPS and USPS hubs, which is why we also are generally able to get out most Saturday morning orders that are placed before noon PST.
