Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on work with FPV drone assembly, maintenance, repair, and testing, as well as performing general warehouse and order fulfillment tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electronics and FPV drone technology, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Drone Assembly & Maintenance
- Assemble and configure FPV drones, including frame installation, wiring, soldering, and component integration.
- Troubleshoot and repair drone components, such as motors, ESCs, flight controllers, and video transmission systems.
- Calibrate and test drones to ensure optimal performance before shipping.
Technical Support
- Provide support to customers with technical inquiries, guiding them through troubleshooting processes and product knowledge.
- Assist the customer service team by responding to repair-related inquiries and offering insights on technical solutions.
Warehouse & Order Fulfillment
- Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock checks, and organizing product storage.
- Prepare and pack customer orders with accuracy and care, ensuring proper handling of fragile electronic parts and components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with FPV drones, electronics, or a related technical field (professional or hobbyist background welcome).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and configuring FPV drone components, including ESCs, flight controllers, VTX, and camera systems.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with popular FPV radio systems (ELRS, Crossfire, etc.), BetaFlight, and drone setup software.
- Warehouse Skills: Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Communication: Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and assisting customers.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, follow assembly guides accurately, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Problem-solving: Quick troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues with drones and customer repairs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of 3D printing for parts and drone frames.
