Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Pyrodrone warehouse in Chatsworth, CA. This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer service, strong communication skills, and an enthusiasm for drones or technical knowledge in drone products. The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via email, phone, and live chat while ensuring every customer experience meets our high standards of satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service across email, phone, and live chat channels. Address customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly, working to resolve inquiries within business hours and ensuring a seamless experience for each customer.
- Product Knowledge: Leverage technical knowledge about drones and related components to answer customer inquiries accurately. You should be prepared to offer troubleshooting advice, guidance on product selection, and other technical assistance.
- Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to coordinate order updates, returns, and customer requests. Maintain open lines of communication to ensure customers receive timely and accurate information regarding their orders.
- Special Requests: Cater to unique or custom requests from customers, coordinating with the relevant teams to ensure these are handled efficiently. Ensure customers are informed and satisfied with any special handling of their orders.
- Professionalism & Tone: Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all customer interactions, balancing friendliness with efficiency and clarity. Represent the Pyrodrone brand positively, creating a welcoming and helpful environment for customers.
- Warehouse Assistance: During non-peak hours, provide support to the general warehouse team. This may include assisting with inventory organization, order packing, or other operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or support role is essential. Experience with phone, email, and live chat platforms is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of drones, FPV technology, or electronics is highly preferred. Willingness to learn about Pyrodrone products and stay updated on industry trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with other departments, including fulfillment, inventory, and management, to enhance the customer experience.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced inquiries simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Comfortable stepping into various roles as needed to support Pyrodrone’s operations and provide an all-around positive experience for our customers.
