How do I return an item?
We accept returns for all unopened products, no questions asked, up to 30 days after delivery. We also offer returns for defective items up to 15 days after delivery. If you receive a DOA product, we will replace it for you in most cases. However, some manufacturers require you go through a troubleshoot process with them for defective products. We will need their authorization to replace your product. For defective items, please include your order number, product ID, and an image of the issue in your email.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 6PM PST are shipped the same day. If you have a pre-order in your purchase, the whole order will be held until the pre-order is ready to ship. We recommend purchasing pre-order products separately.
Why is my order marked as shipped but the tracking is not available?
We drop all packages to the USPS Hub everyday after 6PM PST. Your tracking will be updated within a few hours after the drop off. In some cases, some packages get processed through the hub without being scanned, thus the tracking won’t be available yet. Your package has been shipped, but your tracking won’t update until it reaches its final station or gets delivered.
What happens if my order is lost?
If your tracking has not updated for 15 days, we consider the package lost. Please contact us regarding lost packages and we will take care of it for you. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, before contacting us, we suggest getting a hold of your delivery guy and contacting USPS to locate the package.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free DOMESTIC shipping for all orders above $50 USD. Unfortunately this is not possible for international orders
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes we do! Please contact us and we will provide you a personal discount code after verification.
Where can I get technical support?
If you have a technical question about an item we sell, we will be more than happy to help you. However, as active as we are in the racing scene, we don’t have experience with every single item in the shop, so your best bet is to ask on our Facebook by clicking here
